How To Make an Order on Lokananta Car Rental Services?

While you can order Lokananta services through the Website (https://lokananta.id) or by contacting the service contact and sales representative.

 

How To Calculate Prices on Lokananta Car Rental Services?

The prices listed on the Lokananta app and website are only the price for the use of inner city. For the use of a car out of town will incur an additional charge. Price does not include operational cost (Toll, Parking, Meals for Drivers and others).

 

How Is The Maximum Limit Of Using A Car Rental With Drivers?

Rent a car with drivers in Lokananta divided into 3 types which are 6 Hours, 12 Hours and Fullday. Any use of the car, there is a time limit which is until 10:00 PM or 22:00 and if over time limit, it will be charged overtime.

 

Can we rent a Car Off Key in Lokananta (Without Driver)?

Yes, Lokananta wants to answer all your needs in car rental needs. To rent a car off key you are required to complete procedures that have been set by Lokananta:

You are willing to be surveyed and complete the requirements of a car rental off key or Without Driver (Copy of ID, Driving License, Family Card, Electricity / Telephone Account, Credit Card and NPWP) and will be charged survey fee. Minimum booking and car rental off key is 3 days.

 

What Are the Procedures of Car Rental Off Key (Without Driver) On Lokananta Car Rental Service?

You are willing to be surveyed and complete the requirements of a car rental off key or Without Driver (Copy of ID Card, Driving License, Family Card, Electricity / Telephone Account, Credit Card and NPWP) and will be charged survey fee. Minimum booking and car rental off key is 3 days.

 

How To Limit the Use Of Cars For Car Rental Outside the City?

Limitations of car use out of city are different for each rental company. You are required to contact us first to know the cost of the use of cars outside the city.

 

What If Car that I Rent Hits Something?

If you rent a car with a driver, you do not have to worry if the car you use hits something because all the costs will be covered by the rental. However, if you rent a car without a driver or off key, then all the cost of damage will be completely and fully covered by yourself.

 

What If I am Late to Return the Car?

You will be charged overtime in accordance with the duration you have used. Overtime fee is 10% of the daily rental price and the maximum overtime is 3 hours. If passing through 3 hours, you will be charged full day rental fee.

 

Could I rent a Car for Someone Else?

Yes, you can make a car reservation that you want to rent for someone else. However, you are required to inform to us first the contact details that will be picked.

 

When Should I Make a Booking Before Using It?

Generally, you can rent a car at Lokananta anytime. However, to ensure the availability of the car that you want, you should order 4 hours earlier.

 

Could I Reschedule the rental schedule?

The trip can be reschedule maximum 2 weeks from the start of the initial rental schedule

Lokananta shuttle service is currently only available in website.

 

How about E-ticket Delivery?

After payment is successful and we receive, e-tickets will be sent to your email address. If your e-ticket has not been received, you can contact our Customer Service.

 

Is My E-ticket Can Be Used By Someone Else?

No, your E-ticket can not be used by someone else. Lokananta reserves the right to refuse passengers if the E-ticket is not in accordance with the identity or in the data manifest passengers.

 

When Should I Make a Shuttle Order?

A shuttle booking is required to book 1 day before departure.

 

Would I Order a Shuttle To Others?

Yes, you can make shuttle reservations for other people. You are required to inform our Customer Service of the passenger shuttle details.

Yes, you can order super car service for wedding. You can inform your reservation through Customer Service.

Yes, to order super car service is included All in.

 

Can we rent a Car Off Key in Lokananta (Without Driver)?

No, you can not order special car service with off key.

Is Payment Method Replacementable?

If you want to change the payment method, you can wait until the expiration of the booking expires and reorder with the payment method you want.

 

If I Make Payments but It Does Not Match with Bills, What Should I Do?

If you make more or less payment of the nominal amount you have to pay, then your reservation will not succeed. If it happens, you can contact Customer Service.

 

If I Make Payments Through the Payout Deadline, What happens to my transaction?

Your booking will not work and your payment will be automatically rejected by the system.
